I recently completed a first aid course at work, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. What I appreciated most was the balance between theory and hands-on practice. We weren’t just told what to do in an emergency—we practiced CPR, wound care, and recovery positions. I have attended many first aid courses during my career - 3 day and 1 day. Without doubt Jo's course was the best in terms of really getting the message across of what to do in the event of heart attack, cardiac arrest or accident. Her friendly but efficient delivery was first class and I feel much more confident now that, if I am faced with any of the above, I would be able to put into practice what I learnt. Thank you Jo!

Jo was great! Theres nothing worse than having a whole day of training and it being like a lecture. This was far from that, Jo kept things fun & interesting, always gaining our focuses and having us involved!
